What we collect
When you submit a hiring request or talent application, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company or professional details, links you share). We also collect basic, cookie-light analytics: which pages are viewed, the referring site, and campaign tags — no advertising trackers, no sale of data.
How we use it
Employer information is used to prepare and deliver candidate matches. Candidate information is used to evaluate fit and, with screening, to present you to potential employers — shortlists show your first name only unless you agree to share more. We may email you about your request or application.
Who we share it with
Candidate profiles are shared only with employers we match you with. We use trusted infrastructure providers (Supabase for data hosting, Vercel for site hosting) to operate the service. We never sell personal information.
